Frankie Gilliam, Community and Economic Development Specialist is a Certified Economic Developer (CED) and brings 13 years of experience to the Delta Center. She is a graduate of the Economic Development Institute, University of Oklahoma, the Institute for Organizational Management, University of Delaware and the Community Development Institute, University of Central Arkansas. These specialized programs provide the developer with information that addresses the technical aspects of development and the necessity and value of a well-prepared community and strong local leadership base.

A customized approach can be developed for communities who want to better understand their assets, be able to sell them, know their liabilities and be able to resolve them. Information on services through the College of Business and Center for Economic Development round out this proactive approach to serving communities in eastern Arkansas.
